The much-anticipated release of the Kenai River Brewing Company's Skilak Scottish Ale (in can form) happens this month, so get ready! Prepare to enjoy it in style with a paired meal at the Spenard Roadhouse on March 16, at a special release dinner.
The brewing company hopes that fans will buy the cans and find them easier for transport during summer activities in Alaska - and they're probably right! A six-pack is much easier to take in your backpack than a case of glass bottles, am I right?
