Agave Kiss (smooch!)
Ah, Valentine's Day. In recent years I haven't enjoyed celebrating the holiday as much as I would have liked, but I always, always enjoy the abundance of chocolate, hearts, and aphrodisiacs. ;)
This year my Valentine is out of town so I'll be consoling myself with a specialty cocktail - check ou the recipes below and see what strikes your (and the person you fancy's) fancy.
Special thanks to Colleen Graham's ever-informative cocktail blog on cocktails.about.com.

1 oz double cream
1/2 oz Chambord
White chocolate flakes for rimming
Fresh raspberries for garnish

Dash of amaretto almond liqueur
Dash of creme de cassis
Chilled Champagne
Preparation:
Pour the amaretto and creme de cassis into a Champagne flute. Gently top with Champagne. Make the drink sweeter with larger dashes of amaretto and creme de cassis.
