BBWF! (2010 Logo, but still...)Get ready for some liver-hurtin' fun, Anchorage! The 2011 Anchorage Beer & Barley Wine Festival begins tonight at 5 p.m. at the Egan Center downtown.

The annual event features over 200 beers and barley wines from over 50 regional vendors, including some of Alaska's favorites - in Anchorage and around the state. I wasn't able to attend this year due to prior committments, but I'll raise a figurative glass to those who'll be there.
