The Ultimate Colada
1 ounce Mount Gay Eclipse Silver (or any white rum)
1 ounce pineapple juice
2 ounces cream of coconut
1 ounce light cream
Blend over ice and garnish with cherries or a pineapple wedge. Salud!
For those who aren't a huge fan of cream-heavy drinks, try this version:
The Skinny Colada
1 1/2 ounce Mount Gay Silver (or white rum)
1 once pineapple juice
1/2 ounce Kalani coconut liqueur
Mix ingredients in a glass, add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish with cherry or pineapple wedge.
