Business People announces the hire or promotion of employees to senior or mid-level professional or supervisory positions. Positions must be full-time and paid. Significant specialized training or professional certification is also announced.

Local magician expands business

GiliamGiliamPopular, award winning magician Eric Giliam has expanded his entertainment services to include bringing his full stage show to company parties, corporate functions and other private events.

The professional show includes backdrop curtains, sound and theatrical lighting, creating a "live stage performance" feel. The show usually lasts 30 minutes to an hour and can be performed in such venues as hotel ballrooms and banquet rooms, convention centers and other halls.

His live show of magic, laughter, interactivity, and fascination has entertained and amazed audiences in Alaska for over six years. Giliam recently performed overseas in London and Rome.
