Carlile announces new key positions

Carlile_OeleisCarlile_OeleisChuck Oeleis, Director of Sales for Carlile Transportation

Oeleis is a sales and supply-chain logistics professional with a 21-year career in global sales leadership and operations management, creating strategic supply chains solutions for customers in national and international markets.

He brings additional skills to Carlile that enable the company to continue to grow and diversify the customer base and strengthen the sales team for years to come.

He will travel through the company and be based at the Carlile terminal at the Port of Tacoma. Chuck is a graduate of Western Oregon University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing.

Krisha Loescher promoted to Director of Human Resources
Loescher was recently promoted to the position of Human Resources Director for Carlile Transportation Systems, Inc.

Krisha has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and has been in the transportation industry for 14 years; her transportation experience includes dispatching trucks, brokering freight, and handling over-size freight permits for moving loads.

Prior to joining Carlile’s Human Resource Department, Krisha worked in the legal profession as a paralegal.

Lisa Marquiss, Corporate Director of Safety and Regulatory Compliance
Marquiss has been employed with Carlile for 24 years. She has designed and led the Regulatory team that manages Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) concerns for a multi-disciplined transportation company.

Responsibilities include ensuring that compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Other duties include planning and directing regular and effective safety, regulatory, and industry practice training for Operations and Support personnel.

Professional affiliations include active membership with the Alaska Trucking Association as a Board Member and past President, a member of the Alaska Statewide Hazardous Materials Team and the American Trucking Associations Government Traffic Policy Committee, and Vice Chair of the Hazardous Materials Policy Committee.
