Hughes gains certification

AMC_HughesAMC_HughesAMC Engineers announces that Joseph Hughes, EIT, has passed the Construction Specifications Institute’s Certified Document Technologist examination.

Certification is awarded to individuals who have advanced knowledge and professional expertise in the preparation and evaluation of specifications and drawings and construction contract administration.

Hughes has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Montana State University. He is currently working on the design of the UAA Seawolves Sports Arena, Kodiak Library, Dena’ina Health Clinic in Kenai and the State of Alaska Library, Archives and Museum project in Juneau. He is also providing construction contract administration support on the Gateway Aquatic Center in Ketchikan, Seward Community Library and Museum and the Kodiak Near Island Research and Administration Facility.
