Buckcherry lands in Anchorage for solstice party

BuckcherryBuckcherryLos Angeles hard rock band Buckcherry will headline Chilkoot Charlie’s solstice party June 23.

The outdoor concert, rain or shine, is an all-ages event. The party gets started at 5:45 p.m. Opening bands are TBD. Tickets are $35 and available at koots.com.

Buckcherry was recently in studio, putting the finishing touches on their sixth album, due for release later this year. They also recorded a new song, “Wherever I Go" for "Avengers Assemble," the 13-track album of music for and inspired by the film, “Marvel's The Avengers.” It’s available on iTunes.
