Laurence has held numerous leadership positions in executive management, project management, sales, resource development, succession planning, software design, business strategy, and executive coaching.

Laurence successfully directed the people strategy, operations and sales for a large technology services organization. Over a four-year period, Laurence started and grew her business unit to more than 520 full-time employees and $226 million in revenue in a global services outsourcing business with Fortune 20 organizations delivering services on three continents. The process and results were documented in the Harvard Business Review.

As Founder and vice president of product development of PeopleMatter Inc., Laurence has assisted clients including Abbott Laboratories, Bowe Bell Howell, CCC Information Systems, Skillsoft, Kleinfelder, Alaska Airlines, Vail Resorts, British Petroleum, State of Alaska and Boeing. Laurence is based in Anchorage.
