Bristol Bay Native Corp. welcomes three new employees to their corporate office: Anecia O’Carroll, Carmell Shade and Jim Rogacki.

Anecia O’Carroll is a BBNC shareholder who is filling the new Development Officer position for the BBNC Education Foundation. She brings fund raising experience from her roles in development at two New England colleges, Bates and Smith; grant writing since her undergraduate internship at the Skokomish Tribal Social Services Department in Washington.

Carmell Shade is a BBNC shareholder who joined BBNC in December as Communications Specialist. For the past four and a half years she worked within the Ahtna family of companies in various communications, marketing and operational roles, and had an earlier career with SpecPro, Inc., a BBNC subsidiary in San Antonio, Texas.

Jim Rogacki is the Benefits Manager at BBNC. He joined BBNC in October from Apartment Investment and Management Company in Denver, Colo. where he was head of benefits. Prior to moving to Denver, he was a Health and Retirement Plan consultant with HCM International
