Alev Kelter, the Wisconsin women's soccer sophomore midfielder from Eagle River -- well, midfielder when it's futbol season, but a hockey player for the Badgers during the winter -- scored the game-winning, double-overtime goal Sunday in a 1-0 victory over Michigan.
Kelter, a Big Ten All-Freshman and All-Big Ten second-team pick last season, bagged her third goal of the season, which ranks second on the team for the 9-4-4 Badgers. She also has one assist and her four points -- in soccer, a goal is worth two scoring point on an individual players' stat sheet -- gives her seven points, tied for second on the team. She's also committed a team-high 16 fouls, which is a way of saying she is a physical force.

Kelter's twin sister, Derya, also plays soccer and hockey for the Badgers.
