Have you ever felt like your neighborhood was being held hostage by a wandering dog or dogs? Have you ever been in fear of loose dogs while walking your dog in a leashed-only area?
The post here on the wolf hybrid that reportedly killed a dog in town got me to wondering how widespread the problem is. This is not a wolf-dog question; it's a question about any aggressive dog.
