- Here you can find information on just about anything! There are tons of useful forums to suit just about anyone's needs. There is also a supplement store where you can find great deals on protein, vitamins, as well as clothing, shaker cups and workout logs.
- Livestrong is a great site founded by Lance Armstrong and it offers help with tracking caloric intake through myPlate, you can find healthy recipes and get exercise tips as well.
- This is one of my favorite sites dedicated to exercise. You can watch simple video clips showing proper exercise form, learn their names and which body part they are targeting. You can also find help on topics ranging from Psychology to Kinesiology.
All of these sites offer tons of information for anyone beginning an exercise program, as well as those who have been at it for years!
