UAA's Hunt Hooks Up With ECHL Stockton (And Racks A Helper In His Pro Debut)

Defenseman Trevor Hunt, who just finished his college career, has signed an amateur tryout agreement with the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL.

Hunt has a connection -- his brother, Garret, is a sparkplug/pest/piece of sandpaper for the Thunder. He's fun to watch because he annoys the hell out of opponents, and he's not big, but he'll fight anyone.

Trevor bagged an assist tonight and went +1 in his pro debut, Stockton's 7-2 dismantling of suddenly faltering Victoria. Hey, helper for Garret, too, as well as a +1 and a fighting major.

Trevor finished UAA's season with 1-3--4 totals in 25 games, and finished his career with 5-17--22 totals in 100 games.
