Aces Now In Fifth Place

After games tonight and Friday in the ECHL's National Conference, the idle Alaska Aces dropped into fifth place in the eight team conference.

Just five points separate fourth place from last -- in order, Stockton (62 points), Alaska (61), Utah (59), Ontario (58) and Las Vegas (57).

Las Vegas plays at Ontario on Sunday.

The Aces open a three-game homestand against Ontario on Wednesday at Sullivan Arena. Gee, think those games are critical? Remember, the only team that doesn't make the playoffs is the last-place club.
