Not certain whether this is good or bad for the Alaska Aces, but erstwhile Aces defenseman T.J. Fast is in the lineup tonight for the AHL Peoria Rivermen against visiting Grand Rapids.

It's certainly good for Fast -- hey, he's playing one league above the Aces' ECHL. Fast has now played two straight games, if memory serves, after being a scratch in his first two Rivermen games after being recalled from the Aces.

On the other hand, Fast playing for Peoria signals he may be gone for an extended period, and that's not great news for the Aces, who could use his offensive skills on the back end.
