Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AAACC's public relations coordinator.

This week we have another pair of siblings, Sassafras and Kishka.  Both are 7-year-old, spayed female, lab mixes. They are very sweet and loveable, with the great, laid back, and gentle personalities you see in more mature pets. They love their walks and enjoys each other’s company. They both attended the Fur Rondy Mutt Show this weekend (you can see them in the Dog Blog’s video of the event), soaking in all the attention they got, and doing wonderfully with all the people and other dogs they met.

They can be adopted for $57 each, or as a pair for $114, as they are both already spayed. This includes their MOA licenses, vaccinations, and microchips.
