Did you ever see the movie 300 with Gerard Butler? Designed by Mark Twight, owner of Gym Jones in Salt Lake City, Utah- the 300 workout promises to be one of the hardest programs yet. This Crossfit style of training will introduce you to your new breaking point, so you may want to keep a bucket nearby just in case!
This workout is for the advanced and should not be attempted by the faint of heart, get your doc's permission before even contemplating this workout if you aren't sure of your abilities.
25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
50 push-ups
50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps
