Korn fans who were cursing their luck after tickets for the March 27 show sold out got a reprieve this week. Promoters AK Soul and the Moose Tooth / Bear Tooth announced plans for an additional performance March 26 at the Dena’ina Center.
AK Soul’s Kurt Bunde said after the 5,000 tickets for the first show sold out in about a week-and-a-half, they reached out to the group about a second show. Bunde said he was surprised they were able to secure another date with the hard touring group. Korn already has a Canadian tour lined up with Five Finger Death Punch and was recently named as one of the headliners of the Rockstar Energy sponsored Mayhem Festival.
The 3,000 tickets available for the show are $45 plus outlet fees and go on sale this Friday at 9 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets.
