Donations are great, but I deal in stories

I have been opening lots of emails from readers wanting to know how to donate money to Mother Lawrence who are angry I didn't include her address. She is certainly a worthy cause, but the reason I did not publish her address and phone number is because I'm not in the business of raising money for people I write about. What I can do (and any reader can do) is put her name in Google, which brings up her mailing address and phone number (she's also in the phone book under "Mother Lawrence").

You can click here and watch me Google it for you (thanks to reader @gary_scott for the link).

She should be home every day at 4:30 p.m.

I just gave her a call, but the phone number has been disconnected since Friday, so I'm not positive what's going on. I'll make a trip to Mountain View soon to give an update.
