The Dog Blog is a community of ordinary dog lovers who have come together to discuss our extraordinary dogs. Each Monday, a new topic is introduced. If you've got an opinion, share it. Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACC's public relations coordinator.
Here is Leif, a 6-year-old neutered male, Labrador retriever mix. Leif is a great walking partner and already knows several commands, such as “sit”, “down”, and “heel”. He has done well in supervised playgroup and attended a local off-leash dog park and did wonderfully. He has done great when bathed as well. He is very attentive, has a happy attitude, and is very calm. He can be adopted for $57, as he is already neutered, which covers his MOA license, vaccinations, and microchip.
