FAIRBANKS -- A Fairbanks man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a 19-year-old in the head in a drug deal gone bad.
Joshua J. Bradshaw, 28, was also arraigned Thursday afternoon on two additional felony counts of weapons misconduct.
The victim, 19-year-old Paul Payne, was on life support Thursday at Providence Hospital in Anchorage, and may not survive his injuries.
