Happy Halloween, nightlifers! Post some comments to tell me what you're planning for your special spooky soirees! And as a bonus, here are some more kooky cocktail ideas for your pre-party to prep for a night of petrifying puissance!

First, an easy crowd pleaser that, if poured according to "specific gravity" (aka, in order), looks really cool and layered.

The Candy Corn
Ingredients:
1/3 oounce Galliano
1/3 orange curacao
1/3 ounce cream
Preparation:

Pour the Galliano into a shot glass. Float the orange curacao on top. Float the cream on top.

Second is this shot named after the infamous candy which you get a million of when trick-or-treating because they're cheap and come in bulk in those "generic brand" candy bags you can find on the bottom shelf.

The Tootsie Roll

Ingredients:
2/3 ounce Three Olives Chocolate Vodka
1/3 ounce amaretto
Chocolate syrup

Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass.

Salud! Let me know how they taste, and seriously, let me know about the crazy highjinks you get into. Who knows? It might be fodder for a ghoulish good time on any weekend.
