Palin E-mail lawsuit goes to court

A lawsuit trying to force the state to hang on to e-mails that Gov. Sarah Palin sent from her private e-mail accounts hits the courtroom tomorrow.
Former state employee Andree McLeod filed the suit.
McLeod filed a public records request for e-mails from Palin and her staff sent using private accounts to talk about state business. She's asking for a temporary restraining order force Palin to retrieve e-mails from her private accounts and add them to state records.
A hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow in Anchorage Superior Court. McLeod also filed an ethics complaint against Palin on Aug. 6.
