anti-AGIA stall continues

The Senate was supposed to go into floor session at 11 a.m. today to take up the TransCanada gas line license, which passed out of committee last night about 9:30 p.m.

However, it is 11:30 and the Senate is not in session yet.

Senate Energy Committee chair Charlie Huggins, an opponent of the proposal, still had not transmitted the bill to the Senate Secretary.

The anti-AGIA stall continues.....
