A Washington man has been arrested on charges that he sexually molested several children in Alaska, according to Anchorage police.
Gerald Rickaby, 60, of Bremerton, is accused of sexually molesting at least two boys in Alaska, and police suspect there could be more victims here or in Washington, Lt. Paul Honeman said.
Rickaby had been visiting Alaska intermittently since 2004 and the victims now known to police were boys that he knew, Honeman said. He was arrested Tuesday as he debarked a plane at Ted Stevens International Airport, he said.
Rickaby, who has worked at two different Christian schools near Bremerton, is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of third-degree sexual assault, Honeman said.
He was booked at the Anchorage jail with bail set at $50,000.
