Cinema Scope: Going to the Chapel

I just saw "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" for the first time. Coming from a Mediterranean heritage and being female, it was a major shock to my fiancé that I was one of the six people in this country who had not yet seen it. Another friend heralds this movie as the best documentary he's ever seen. I personally loved it. My family uses Vicks Vapor Rub in place of Windex, and under any circumstance, "Eat something."

What are your favorite flicks with wedding themes? What are the more obscure movies with great wedding scenes? I'd love to hear your recommendations. But it's going to be tough to beat the wedding scene in Sixteen Candles ("she go get mawwied") when the sister of Molly Ringwald is tripping down the aisle, punchy from taking muscle-relaxers. A true classic.

We're also using the mambo scene from Dirty Dancing to train for our first dance as a married couple.

Is the "Sing-Along" a Must-have Ingredient for Chapel Cinema??

In MY BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING, it was "I say a little prayer for you." In 27 DRESSES, it was "Benny and the Jets." What is the deal? Am I missing any famous wedding sing-alongs?

There's a great sing-along in TOP GUN, but it doesn't qualify as chapel cinema, since the wedding scene had to be cut. It's "implied" with the motorcycle ride into sun-set... as all women who grew up watching the film know...
