Kott Trial: FBI surveillance tapes (05/07/2006)

Present: Smith, Kott and Veco lobbyist Bob McManus. Kott is explaining how he scored a big victory for Veco on a House floor vote earlier in the day. He says he talked with House Democrat Leader Ethan Berkowitz and ended up with some Democratic votes. Later joined by Allen. At the end of the recording, they raise wine glasses in a toast.
