First: The candidates have all been invited to North Star Speedway in the Valley for an honest-to-goodness "governor's race" behind the wheel.
Binkley says he's going. North Star manager Karen Akers says they invited local pastors to race last week. "We just tell them, 'get in your cars, don’t hit each other and don’t hit the wall.'"
Second: Columnist Robert Novak predicts a Palin win & third place for Murkowski here.
Third: Here's a look at the Election Mixtape for tomorrow's paper. (Again, the rules are each candidate selects five songs.) I promise to try and report some actual news on Monday.

Great
So now the National media is picking up on the pettiness of our party and our candidates. Nice.

That's 'cause we're all famous!
Well, not all that famous after all. But we should be. Perhaps the newspapers could start mentioning all the hard work that we do on this blog! :) Or at least acknowledge that they read the blog (and if you do, don't forget to mention me!).
Did you notice that Croft did list a piece by Mozart? Good for him!
I do like Martina's "Independence Day," though. Sean Hannity took it out of context though, and sort of ruined its meaning.
Isn't there a country music song by Toby Keith called "Who's Your Daddy?" Sounds like a good one for Murkowski!
