Team Momma's Grizzly Grub

The current season of “The Great Food Truck Race” on Food Network features teams looking to get into the food truck business. Competing for their own food truck and $50,000 to start their business was Momma’s Grizzly Grub from Wasilla.

The team of Alaskans made it to the final four but was eliminated in Nashville, Tenn. The team was asked on the Food Network blog if they still plan to operate Momma’s Grizzly Grub in Alaska:

"Absolutely. With generous support and help from family and friends, we are in the process of procuring a truck. We’ll have the truck outfitted and ready to 'get rolling' by next spring. Keep your eyes open, Alaska — we are coming to a street corner near you."

So look for Momma's Grizzly Grub to join a growing number of mobile vendors popping up around town.
