Thirsty
Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACCC public relations coordinator.
Please meet Thirsty, a 6 year old, neutered male, pointer/husky mix. This fellow is mature and easy-going, but lively and active, with plenty of pep. He is an expert "fetch" player who knows all the rules and loves the game. Very easy to walk and handle, he rides fine in the car and is kennel-trained. He has done well with other dogs in Shelter Dog Play Group and loves to work on training. He's attentive, minds well, and makes a pleasant companion for walks, playtime, and just hanging out together. A good-natured and experienced people lover! Thristy can be adopted for $72, as he is already neutered, which includes his MOA license, vaccinations, and microchip.
