Optima Public Relations hires Paulus

Optima_PaulusOptima_PaulusGraphic and website designer Sarah Paulus of Paulus Designs has joined Optima Public Relations as Design Director.

“This is huge for our firm because of Sarah’s knowledge in graphic and web design coupled with her animation and social media skills,” said Tom Anderson, Optima’s managing partner.

Paulus has been a graphic designer for three years. She holds an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (AIP) and is scheduled to complete her Bachelors Degree in Web Design and Interactive Media from AIP in 2013.

“I’m very excited to be part of the Optima Public Relations team, particularly with the firm’s depth in non-profit and corporate clients,” said Paulus. “My passion is graphic design as well as branding for corporate and non-profit identity,” noted Paulus. “Design, animation, after-effects and website integration with innovative marketing themes are where I tend to focus my creativity.”

Optima Public Relations is an Alaska firm in Anchorage and Mat-Su, focusing on T.V. and radio production and placement, media relations, crisis management, and graphic design for print, digital signage and websites.

“Since Optima handles the spectrum, from branding and marketing design for corporate and non-profits to political messaging, social media and websites, arrival to our firm is timely and a critical addition that benefits our clients,” added partner Frank Dahl.
