Dog Blog

The Dog Blog is a community of ordinary dog lovers who have come together to discuss our extraordinary dogs. Each Monday, a new topic is introduced. If you've got an opinion, share it. If not, look for the current "anything goes" topic and introduce a discussion of your own. On Fridays, weigh in about your training questions and successes.

This sweet 2-year-old boy went missing July 27 near the Birchwood Airport after jumping out of a parked car at about 4:30 p.m. Some horseback riders saw him near the Birchwood shooting range about 30 minutes later.

He is neutered and micro-chipped but had no tags, only a chain collar. He's described as a friendly boy of about 75 pounds.

The owners received a call saying that he may have been spotted walking with someone on the Coastal Trail since then. They ask that anyone seeing a dog matching this description to call Debbie and Bryan Bailey at 696-5056, 240-1276 or 441-0909.
