A new Red Robin restaurant has opened in Anchorage’s Tikahtnu Commons mall, 1190 N. Muldoon Road.
The restaurant replaces the Red Robin that had been located by the Northwall Mall in East Anchorage for 25 years, said Fred Rosenberg, president of Gourmet Ventures Inc., the Alaska franchisee of the restaurant chain.
The new restaurant has adopted the latest Red Robin design architecture, he said. The hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday-Saturday.
The franchise also has a restaurant on Dimond Boulevard, and, according to the Red Robin website, it plans to open one on the Parks Highway in Wasilla soon.
