Thousands of mushing fans lined the streets of Anchorage, Alaska, for the ceremonial start of the 2010 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race on Saturday. Seventy-one mushers and their teams will begin the 1,000-mile race across the Alaskan wilderness to Nome this year.
