Former UAA winger Curtis Glencross, the last Seawolf to furnish a 20-goal season, bagged his first NHL hat trick tonight.
Glencross scored three goals for the Calgary Flames in a 4-1 win over Carolina, clinching the hat with an empty-net goal. Pretty nice work for a mere 13:02 of ice time.
Glencross owns 14-13--27 and +8 totals in 54 games. That leaves him one goal shy of tying his career high -- he scored 15 goals in 2007-08 while splitting 62 games between the Columbus Blue Jackets and Edmonton Oilers.
