4 - is strictly prohibited insulting or cursing or abuse deliberately and directly to one of the heads of Arab States or its people or reduce their business and comment on the habits and levels ..

5 - Non-response or underestimate the topic or subject Iaattabar ridiculous .. if it does not contravene the laws on general themes or the laws of the Forum, as the Forum is open to all age groups and encouraged art and the criticism which would evolve the member and the Forum ..

6 - pictures of naked and indecent and Islamic values will be deleted without consultation with the member or notification ..
