Type: DUI

Text: On 6-22-09 at 2336 hours AST in Palmer arrested Vadim Novakovskiy,
age 23, of Antelope California for DUI after he was contacted on Wasilla
Fishhook Road and Hiawatha Road. A report from an off duty Trooper was
received regarding Novakovskiy falling off his 4 wheeler and possibly
being injured. Investigation revealed that he was riding his four
wheeler under the influence. He was subsequently transported to MatSu
Pretrial Facility and held on $500.00 bail.

Type: DUI
Text: On 06-22-2009, at approximately 2125 hours, Alaska State Troopers
received a report of a 1996 Ford truck in the ditch on the Outerspringer
Loop. Troopers contacted the driver, Colleen Provo, age 37, of Palmer.
Investigation revealed that Provo was driving under the influence of
alcohol and was subsequently arrested for DUI. Provo was remanded to
Mat-Su Pretrial on a $500.00 unsecured bail pending arraignment.

Type: Theft 3rd Degree

Text: On 06/22/2009 at approximately 1330 hours AST received a report of
a theft from a residence on Day Rd. in Wasilla. Investigation found
that sometime between 06/19/2009 and 06/21/2009 two mountain bikes were
stolen from the Day Rd. residence yard. Total loss is estimated at
$400.00. Anyone with information about this crime is encouraged to
contact the Alaska State Troopers at 373-8300 or Crime Stoppers at
745-3333.

Type: DUI / MOCA / MCA

Text: On 06/23/2009 at 0415 hours, the Alaska State Troopers arrested
Lindsay R. Serrano, age 17 of Wasilla, for Driving Under the Influence,
MOCA and MCA. L. Serrano was contacted as the driver of a vehicle
stopped by AST near the intersection of Bogard Road and Copper Creek
Drive in Wasilla for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed that
L. Serrano was driving while impaired and under the influence of
alcohol.

L. Serrano was transported and remanded to the Mat-Su Juvenile Detention
Center. Bail was set at $500 and release when sober.

Type: Vehicle Theft

Text: On 6/23/09 at 0207 hours, Dewayne Hailey, 42 YOA of Fairbanks,
reported the theft of his green and yellow dirt mini bike, estimated
value $300., from his driveway sometime during the previous evening.
The investigation is continuing.

Type: Work Zone Traffic Enforcement

Text: On 06-23-09, Troopers issued several citations for violators
between Healy and Nenana in a highway work zone. In essence,
photographic evidence was provided by work crews showing operators
disobeying the traffic controllers in the work zones. Investigation
complete.

Type: Driving While License Suspended

Text: On May 23, 2009 at 2121 hours, Troopers stopped a vehicle for a
traffic violation on the Parks Highway at milepost 231. Further
investigation revealed the driver, Damian Jon Fallang, age 27 of
Arizona, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended operator's
license. Fallang was summonsed for Driving While his Operator's License
was Suspended and cited for the traffic violation. Investigation
complete.

Case Number: 09-53018

Type: DUI (Second Offense)

Text: On 06-22-09, at approximately 1856 hours, Alaska State Troopers
received a REDDI report that a southbound black extended cab pickup
bearing Alaska license plate EZD243 had driven into the ditch and was
swerving all over the road. At approximately 1912 hours, Dustin Philip
Smiley, age 30 of Soldotna, was stopped by Alaska State Troopers near
mile 84.5 of the Sterling Hwy and arrested for his second DUI offense.
Smiley was remanded at Wildwood without bail.

Quality Builders saw mill in Nikiski. A large amount of copper wire had

Text:On 6/19/09 at approximately 2345 hours, Monte James Betz, 42 of
Soldotna, was arrested for Burglary in the second degree and Theft in
the first degree after he was contacted by Alaska State Troopers on
Funny River Road following a Burglary investigation. Betz was remanded
at the Wildwood pre-trial facility without bail.

Type: Assault 3rd/Violate Conditions of Release/Reckless Driving

Text: On 6/21/09 at approximately 0930 hours, Walter Eric Griglione, 35
of Soldotna, was arrested for Assault in the third degree (domestic
violence), Violating Conditions of Release and Reckless Driving after
he was contacted by Alaska State Troopers investigating a report of a
black pickup running into the back of another vehicle. Investigation
revealed that his actions caused the other driver to nearly go off the
road and fear for her safety. The incident occurred in the area of
Kalifornsky Beach Road and the Cook Inlet Academy in Soldotna.
Griglione was remanded at the Wildwood pre-trial facility without bail.

Type: Driving Revoked

Text: On 6/23/09, Douglas E. Phillips 26 YOA of Cordova AK. was cited by
the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova post. Phillips was cited and
released after he was seen driving revoked. Arraignment was scheduled
for 7/29/09 in the District Court of Cordova.

Type: Failure to record personal use salmon on permit
Text: On 6-16-09 Glennallen Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Margaret
Schilling (age 28 / Girdwood). Investigation revealed that Schilling
failed to record sockeye salmon on her 2009 Chitna Subdistrict Personal
Use Dipnet Permit before leaving the fishing site or concealing them
from view. Schilling was cited into the Glennallen Court and bail was
set at $110.

Text: On 6/22/09 at approximately 1810, hours Aniak Wildlife Troopers
cited Clinton E. Smith, age 49, of Wolverton MN after contacting him
fishing on the Talbiksok River near Russian Mission. Smith did not
possess a 2009 sportfish license and was cited. Bail is set at $210.

District Court.
