Case number: 09-49627

Type: Minor Consuming Alcohol-Habitual

Text: On 6/13/09 at 1820 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a
disturbance near Buren St. and Fairview Ave. AST investigation revealed
that Frances M. Shaw age 20 of Ketchikan, had recently consumed
alcoholic beverages. Shaw was arrested for MCA-Habitual and remanded to
the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was later released on her
own recognizance.

Case Number: 09-45434

Type: Manufacture Alcohol - Dry Community

Text: On 6-16-09, Edward G. Kookesh, age 55 of Angoon was charged with
one count of felony Trafficking in Liquor without a License or Permit in
a Local Option Community. The charges were a result of an investigation
by AST and the Angoon VPSO in which approximately 5 gallons of suspected
"homebrew" were seized from a residence in Angoon. On 6-12-09 a Sitka
Grand Jury returned a True Bill of Indictment in the case. Arraignment
is set for 6-18-09 in Sitka.

Type: Assault III DV

Text: On 6-15-09, Johnnie J. Gamble Jr., age 26 of Angoon was charged
with one count of Domestic Violence Assault in the 3rd Degree. The
charges stemmed from an investigation into a reported assault that
occurred on 3-10-09. On 6-12-09, a Sitka Grand Jury returned a True Bill
of Indictment against Gamble. Arraignment is set for 6-18-09 in Sitka.

Type: SAR - Lost Hiker

Text: On 6-15-09, at 1443, Juneau AST received a report from the Sitka
Mountain Rescue group that a 24 year old female was lost and disoriented
in the Harbor Mountain/ Gavin Hill area north of Sitka. SMR additionally
reported that they were able to exchange text messages with the women
and through several communications were able to get a rough idea of her
location. Over the next four hours a total of three search groups worked
their way to her location and at about 1900 finally located her in the
Indian River valley area. Rebecca L. Wells, age 24 was in good condition
when located and reported that she had become disoriented in the poor
weather. All search groups and Wells were safely back in Sitka by 2130.

Type: Probation Violation
Text: On 6/15/09 at approximately 2330 hours, Alaska State Troopers
contacted Richard E. Cary at a residence off of Schrock Road in Wasilla
for a reported probation violation. Investigation revealed Cary had been
consuming alcohol in violation of his conditions of probation for felony
DUI. Cary was arrested and transported to MSPT where he was remanded.

Text: On 6-15-09 at approximately 2358 hours, Alaska State Troopers
received a report of a disturbance at a residence on Brant Circle in
Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Jesse D. Walker had put another
family member in fear of being assaulted. Walker was arrested for
Assault 4 and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was remanded into
Custody and held without bail.

Type: DUI / Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st Degree (x2)

Text: On 06/16/2009, at 0700 hours, Alaska State Troopers arrested Janae
E. Collins, age 37, of Willow for Driving Under the Influence and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st Degree. J. Collins was
contacted as the driver of a vehicle stopped by AST on Chandelle Circle
in Wasilla as a suspect in a reported disturbance. Investigation
revealed that J. Collins was driving while impaired and under the
influence of alcohol and that her two children were in the vehicle. J.
Collins was transported and remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Bail was set at $2500 cash only bail.

Type: Warrant Arrest
Text: On 06/16/2009 at about 1615 hours, AST arrested Jeramie Sharp,
age 31, of Wasilla, for two outstanding arrest warrants. Sharp was
known to have two separate warrants for failure to appear in court with
original charges of driving while license suspended. Sharp was located
at his residence on Potter Road where he was placed under arrest. Sharp
was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial with $100.00 bail.

Text: On 6/13/09, Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Juneau began an
investigation of a deer taken during closed season after receiving a
report of a deer carcass near Montana Creek Road. Troopers believe the
deer was illegally taken on 6/13/09 and deposited at the roadside.

Text: On 6-13-09 at approximately 0050 hours, the Alaska State Troopers
received a report that Christopher J. Stetter 24 of Wasilla had sex with
a 15 year old Wasilla girl. During the investigation it was determined
that Christopher Stetter had sex with the 15 year old and had touched
her inappropriately. On 6-16-09 at approximately 1150 hours Christopher
Stetter was remanded on 4 counts of SAM II and 1 count of SAM III.
