The buddy system

Having a hard time staying motivated with your workouts? It might be time to grab a partner to help keep you accountable.

Training with a partner can help make your workouts more fun and productive!Training with a partner can help make your workouts more fun and productive!

Benefits of working out with a partner:

- When two people are committed to a workout program, they are forced to keep each other accountable. It's easier to bail on your training when it's just you, but when there's someone else to consider- it's much harder to turn your back on your workout.

- How are you supposed to continue seeing results if you can't push yourself safely? You need a spotter to ensure that your form is correct and you don't drop those heavy dumbbells on your head.

- A workout partner can serve as your own personal cheerleader who will help psych you up when you need it the most and you are there for them to do the same.

I know working out can be hard when you tired, bored or would rather sit at home and watch Sex in the City with a bag of Cheetos in your lap. But grabbing a workout partner to help keep you inspired may be just what you need to get on the right track to success.
