I have had better luck fishing from the area by the boat ramp then from the beach.

Allison Point Pinks
We'll be down in Valdez next week...how are the pinks biting at Allison Point? We hope to do some fishing when we get there. Last time we were down in Valdez (2 years ago) we did pretty good off the Point.

valdez harbor .... thought everyone knew thats the PWS harbor. Shrimping is going very well here. nice halibuts still coming in.

It is still very much like winter. If people keep targeting rockfish, it won't be long until they limit us to one or close it outright.
