Alaska Politics

This is the place for news on Alaska politics -- state, local and national. Public life in the Last Frontier may never have been more interesting than right now -- the broad and still-evolving corruption investigation, a new governor, powerful members of Congress under scrutiny, and the usual hardball politics on the state, national and local levels. Come here for the latest news and join the discussion. Keep your comments civil and on point. Avoid personal attacks. Do not use profanity. Posts that violate the Terms of Use will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned.

Political role model for our girls

Isn't the O-girl media campaign simply trying to win support from young American women who've been bamboozled by about 25 years of MTV pimp/prostitute propaganda?

  May 10, 2008 - 10:16am | TheSdog

Absolutely

And that MTV left leaning bent along with Ross Perot is what got Bill Clinton elected.

As Clinton supporter your distaste rings hollow. Next to JFK, I am not sure there has ever been a president who objectifies women more in his personal life than the husband of your choosen one.

Separate Assessment

My character has always been assessed separately from my spouse. People are individuals--especially when a progressive woman like Hillary is in the mix.

I supported Bill Clinton because he defended my best interests in his policy decisions and we did not have Hillary in office to do a better job of it.

Kyle

I found the therapy for your courthouse blogging addiction...

More Obama girl, less Vic Kohring. The blog would be a better place.
