We are starting by posting the Alaska State Troopers' daily logs, our own crime-related stories and other relevant items as we come across them. Kenai police arrests, reported Wednesday

Kenai police are reporting a few DUIs in their area. See the dispatches below.

At 1:12 a.m., Kenai Police performed a routine traffic stop near Frontage Road and Spur View Street. As a result of the stop, Anthony R. Fabiano, age 23 of Soldotna, was arrested on a charge of DUI and booked into Wildwood Pretrial facility.

AT 8:35 a.m., Kenai Police made a traffic stop on KSR near BAR. Preston Y. Perkins, age 21 of Kenai, was found to be driving without insurance and was issued a summons to court for FTIV.

At 2:51 p.m., Kenai Police received multiple reports of a blue Toyota pickup weaving, speeding, and in general driving poorly. Officers stopped the vehicle on KSR near Forest Drive. As a result of investigation, Michele J. Skersick, age 42 of Nikiski, was arrested and booked into Wildwood Pretrial on a charge of DUI.
