Hey all, here’s a head’s up about an opening ceremony from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, September 28, at Two Spirits Gallery and Art Center in the Ship Creek Center downtown.
The gallery is a non-profit collaborative that features work by artists affected by mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness and other disabilities. The work includes virtually all genres and styles, traditional to contemporary.
If you haven’t been by for a while, check it out. The gallery space looks four times the size of the old one with far better lighting. The studio areas look great, too, while the art itself ranges from the hilarious and ordinary to exquisite.
See for yourself and let us know what you think.
