The Highliner

Commercial fishing is a bedrock industry in Alaska, and has been for more than a century. Every year scores of fishermen net millions of migrating salmon, challenge the icy Bering Sea to trap king crabs, lay miles and miles of baited hooks for halibut, and scoop up enough pollock for a zillion fish sticks. And when fishermen aren't out fishing, they're usually talking about fishing. That's what this blog by Wesley Loy has been all about for the two years he has written it.

Wrangell deal back on? - 3/31/2009 9:56 am

About that Icicle deal

The Highliner has heard some interesting dock talk about Icicle Seafoods Inc. selling out to Fox Paine, a San Francisco private equity firm (The Highliner, Aug. 5).

So he decided to Google some key words: Fox Paine and Glitnir.

That netted this press release showing that Fox Paine is well-acquainted with Glitnir, an Icelandic bank heavily involved in seafood industry finance. In fact, as the press release indicates, Glitnir and Fox Paine honcho W. Dexter Paine III hosted a high-profile luncheon at this spring’s European Seafood Expo in Brussels.

Paine is the same guy quoted in the Icicle sale announcement. That news release, however, didn’t mention Glitnir.

The Highliner asked representatives of Icicle and Fox Paine about whether Glitnir is part of the deal. Nobody would say.

But that dock talk is running pretty strong.

Or, could it be a tidal-wave?

Another Foreign Processor?

No, not in any Alaska Commercial Fishery, according to Facts out of Juneau there not allowed. Of course Facts always become confusing to a politician, 70 Federal Agents Flying from all parts of the United States to Alaska can't be all on a fishing expedition now could they?

Evidently some ignorant politicians, and some ignorant wannabe politicians from the UFA, also standing tall for the, Uneducated Fishermen of Alaska are as ignorant as MANY Uneducated POLITICIANS IN JUNEAU.

Has anyone fishing in Alaska, ever read about the Justice Department sending troops to Alaska, to backup the local DOJ officers in enforcement of the laws of the United States?

Fishspotter, take off those Polaroid sunglasses, and get your bifocals checked, and review some great reading coming out of the first unannounced raid by Federal Troops of a State Capitol since 1863.

Are you a member of the UFA? Or on the Board of Directors?

I thought bobbyt's classic statement in the Anchorage Daily News, as President of the UFA was most appropriate, after handing over 17 boxes of papers to our friends from Washington D.C.

"The problem with too many people is they believe the realm of truth always lies within their vision."

I guess true foreign ownership, is also not an issue with these same politicians using there "secret backroom deals" to decide who is and who isn't a foreign processor.

Isn't that why half the S.E. Seine Fleet dosent have a market, so bobbyt and friends can also control who buys and who dosent, and who sells and who dosent?

I love that buyback scheme there, with bobbyt and friends, unable and unwilling to first review any of the Alaska law requirements for a Federally Funded Buyback. Of course "Conspiracy to Defraud the United States" has confused many politicians in Alaska for a long time. They have also confused many of the fleets for decades.

I guess all those statues and codes at the CFEC don't apply to any limited entry permit either?

"mindless ran't"

You have GOT to be a member of the UFA's division of the "Corrupt Bastards Club" with a statement like that, or are you part of that Juneau divisions headquarters on Calhoune Street?

Any corporation purchasing part or all of any member of the "Seattle Seven Seafood Processors" obviously hasen't done their homework. But evidently the beginning of the "Secret Backroom Deals" that United States District Court Judge Russel Holland wrote of in Icicle Seafoods v. Baker, was missed by Alaska's fishing fleets.

Of course Judge Holland writing about that "astonishing ruse" still confuses many of our fishermen and fish processors.

fishspotter; do you also wear your sunglasses at night?

That Valdez tidal-wave hase confused many Alaskans, about the laws of Man, God, and Nature.

That's what happens on our "Good Fridays."

Like 1865, 1964, 1989, and another trial a couple thousand years ago.

I thought the story started with a couple fishermen?

Il Duce

"The problem with too many people is they believe the realm of truth always lies within their vision"...

If I wasn't so stupid, I would have guessed Mussolini said it or George Orwell. It's kind of catchy, in a sick way.

Here's another quote for fishspotter:

"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time."

un-educated fishermen?

a better term would be fearful. it is hard to speak the truth when your livelyhood is dependant on a handful of controlling fish processors.

Including the UFA!

Could someone more intellegent at the UFA finally change the title to what the UFA TRULY stands for???

How about the UPA, for the United Processors of Alaska, since that group has stood for bobbyt's cronies and their Texas Connection and that "Secret Backroom Deal" with Icicle for that Good Friday of 1989.

I always prefered the "Seattle Seven" as did most Federal Judges up and down, our side of the Pacific, it's terrific!

I guess most cannot figure out, the beginning of the end. It's a classic that another Norwegian has shown up moving to Petersburg.

IS there a Fisher, who ever read that DOJ letter discussing Senator Shermans Act of 1890?

I thought everyone knew his brother "Marched to the Sea." For the Executive who discussed a dream on Good Friday, April 14, 1865 with Gideon, and Ulysses, discussing that "element, the water-that he seemed to be in some singular indescribible vessel, and that he was moving with great rapidity towards an indefinite shore;..." Later that night his Chief Justice wrote "it was a night of horrors"

"IT IS A PERFECT WORLD."

Duce, that's Lincoln, not the Italian

District Court No. CV-89-00085-HRH, and that related caselaw.

Thats HRH for Russel Holland, District Court Judge, United States District Court for the District of Alaska.

I thought every Alaska fisher knew about Good Friday 1989? His writing's on the Seattle Seven and the "astonishing ruse" are clearly written.

The longest running Drunken Driving Case in World History? Of course March 24, 1989 really dosen't confuse every fisher, now does it.

The records seem to be in that Alaska U. S. District Court.

There are some in the U.S. Ninth Circut Court of Appeals in San Franscisco.

Of course that "Midnight Judicial Appointment" of Andrew Kleinfeld, two years after the Exxon Valdez incident, and the first midnight judges case known as Marbury v. Madison, brings up some very interesting questions about CHief Justice John Marshall's opinion discussing those "ecclastical, military, and maratime tribunals" as discussed in Marbury.

Obviously, Andrew Kleinfeld must have went to Willamette law school with bobbyt.

Baker v. Exxon Corp., 239 F.3rd 985(9th Cir. 2001)(explaining that a defendant may require setteling plaintiffs to assign their right to share in any punative damage award as a condition of settlement) Discussing the beginning of the "Seattle Seven Seafood Processors" secret backroom deals with Exxon. Evidently everyone forgot where these great backroom deals started at.

Of course exactly when did Alaska's Salmon prices TANK?
Seems the Seattle Seven Seafood Processors, that Judge Holland is well aware of still don't get it either.

Icicle Seafoods, Inc. v. Exxon Shipping Co., 229 F.3d 790 (9th Cir.2000) "holding that cede back agreements are enforceable and should not be revealed to a jury."

Woops! Explaining the midnight judge to perfection.

But that what happens when you find a Jewish Lawyer to rule for your Good Friday Cases. Those Drunk Sailor Cases are always confusing to a "Midnight Judge"

Of course when your in the Browning Courthouse, in San Fran, and that recent dissent by Judge James Browning, in another opinion more recent, in the longest running DUI case in world history, and now at the Supreme Court, that so far has very quiet, one dosent need to wonder why the 9th Circus is the most overuled court in our Nations History. Kangaroo Court; see; Blacks Law Dictionary.

One can only laugh at Kleinfelds writing's as a Federal Judge? I guess Law isn't his strong subject, but that what happenws when the appointment is political, like his decisions and writings, he dosent get the concept of the 7th Amendment of 1791 or very many others either, and his law classes on Maritime Law are even more amusing.

"Captain William Bligh is infamous from Fletcher Christian's mutiney on the Bounty. The infamy was refreshed in 1989, the 200th anniversary of the mutiney on the Bounty, by Captain Joe Hazlewood of the Exxon Valdez"

A guess Bligh's promotion to Admiral missed Kleinfeld's study class, like the trial where the Admirality hung em from the yard arm. Of course the public records orf trials explain it all if your able to read.

Of course a comprehensive law study, missed Andrew, who obviously didn't study up on another "due process and equal protection trial", about another Good Friday and another fisher named Andrew a long time ago.

Like the Ships Log on April 28th 1989, and that trial held by Admiral Hood, in the Captains Cabin at Portsmouth Harbor when Fletcher Christians associated Hung from the Yardarm of the HMS Duke after a trial under the Admirality for their violations of a Death Penality Statue matching our Death Penality Statues, for th same offense.
Christian Fletcher took a bullit in the Neck, of course this trial only took a few years back in the days of sail.

When the King's Admirality sent the H.M.S. Pandora on a mission to round up the criminals under Fletcher Christian mutiney, and the death penality offense. Of course those trials were completed in a matter of a few years, not a few decades in our modern uneducated courts.

Of course laws are confusing to some Federal Judges, that's why we have a U.S. Supreme Court, and that Good Behaviour question under Article III, that is coming soon to our U.S. Supreme Court with many other quewstions that are familure to Seven Seattle Seafood Processors, and their friends from Texas.

Of course that Good Friday tidal wave 25 years to the earlyer day, in 1964 also confuse many of the different forms of law.

Those laws of God , Man and Nature, really arn't very confusing.

Of course citing Fletcher Christian, who would have hung from the same yardarm as his associates for their actions on April 28th 1789 really make one wonder about Andrew Kleinfelds education.

I guess that speech on April 30, 1789, about the preservation of the "fire of lberty" by George Washington must have also been missed by Andrew, who is obviously not like another fisher of men named Andrew, and his friend Peter,
who also knew about those earlyer trials about the due process and equal protection clauses from where there were invented.

    Fourteen Generations can't be wrong?

And of course why that Fourteenth Amendment of 1868 is so confusing to an Alaskan Judge is even more amazing from that Jeffersonian Principal, that Seward used to purchase Alaska in 1867. Didn't Seward work for Lincoln? I guess not according to Andrew Kleinfeld, I guess he also missed Sewards "Higher Law" speech in 1850. But that's what happens when we leave our Federal Judges behind.

If you update yourself on this trial, and of course decades to study it are perfect to find the right questions, caselaw, and previous decisions, like the ultimate question that dosent get to the High Court very often, discussing all three branches and Article III, with Marbury v. Madison, a very interesting factor with this 'midnight judge' named Kleinfeld.

Of course pleading Guilty in Exxons Criminal case, then pleading Innocent in it's same Civil case, evidently still confuses Andrew Kleinfeld.

Of course Exxon has a confused Board and confused Shareholders just like Icicle.

As Judge Holland wrote in his Order No. 364,
"In consultation with council, unusually detailed punative damages instructions were developed for this case."

Matching Judge Brownings Dissent, with a few boys running for cover. And Icicle for Sale? Id be dumping it too, for Seven Seattle Seafood Processors who believe there above the law must have also missed Trickey Dicks trial also.

Have they figured out why the DoJ made the first raid on a state Capitol since 1863?
    Probabally Not.

Seems Seven Seattle Seafood Processors, need to review some more U.S. law.

And Some Texas History, as written by Lincolns Chief Justice, sending the "Terror of the Union Army" to Gavelston, a state holiday in Texas. Evedently enforcement of that 14th Amendment three years before there was a 14th Amendment, by Lincolns Chief Justice, missed the Alaska History Book. Like the Exxon History Book, and of course where are their headqaurters??? Their shareholders are as dumb as Icicles, and the day in 1865, from 1215, and 1964.
Of course missing Lincolns Good Friday, as a Federal District or Appelate Judge, will not happen in that real court. Like those U.S. Senate Records for the 19th of June 1964???

And they won't miss that Valdez, 1964 Good Friday, tidal wave case either

Evidently those "Frivolous Appeals Rules" dont apply

Like those "Interlocutory Appeals Rules" that also dont apply at the 9th Circus Kangaroo court of appeals.

You got to love the comprehensive reading classes some of these Federal Judges missed out in.

Like BMW, and the great paint job case on PWS?
Or State Farm? Just like a good neighbor state farm ain't there."
Or Leatherman tool? Was it a sharp knife that the Exxon or Icicle shareholder uses to cut their throat.

I guess these qwners don't believe that the higher court does control the law.

I guess that when the Supreme Question is missed by 500 Jewish Lawyers and quite a few Federal Judges, in the Worlds longest running DUI case, that missed their lesson on Chief Justice "Silverheels" Marbury opinion. "ecclastical, military, and maritime tribunals" and the midnight appointment case from John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, we will bring down some Jewish Lawyers. It's a requirement of law, explained in the first Good Friday case. or does that precident still confuse our Jewish Lawyers. Were going to crucify em!

St Luke 11;46 And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grevious to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not one of the burdens
    with one of your fingers.

11;52 Woe unto ye lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge; ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindred.

And if you think that Court wont answer an ecclastical question you need an update on Marbury v. Madison, Or was Chief Justice John Marshall's opinion also written in error like that 9th Circus writing about Icicle Seafoods and their friends in Seattle.

    Ya sure, ya bet cha'.

Trudging through the prejudice and mindflow

and correcting the misspellings, JT, it takes a bit of time to figure out what you are saying - and for most of it, one can't. Consider that constructive advice. You have much to contribute but everytime you start the anti-Jew stuff you fail. Groundswell makes a point that when we talk about Japanese corporate processors, we are not talking about the people of Japan - our many friends and groundswell associates there, nor the culture. When we discuss Alaska Native Corporations, it is about the corporate form, and the often errant managers -- not about the shareholders, natives themselves, and not about the issues of people's sovereignty.

The best we can determine is that you have Kleinfelt under your sights (and sites) and only see that he's Jewish. Then you word-flame all Jews. Why in God's name do you take this approach? From what justification do you then paint 500 other Jewish lawyers? You severely lose us. And more severely discredit yourself.

[Or are you aware of some plan to own all of Alaska's fish by a Zionist mafiya and want to share this with us?]

Secondly, you could answer things straight by saying that one can find what is more commonly known as the "Exxon / Seattle Seven 9th Circuit Appeals case" on the Web, located at http://www[dot]admiraltylawguide[dot]com/circt/9thexxon[dot]html . This gives readers access. In Alaska, surely you are aware that Good Friday is more often than not associated with the Earthquake. Seattle Seven says it clearly - at least in the fishing industry. And it flows to the modern cartel, and players who compensate Ben Stevens for "consulting" etc. Please consider that.

Third, the backroom deals go back many decades before, and it is important to note the Appeals court had good legal reasons (case law etc.) for overturning the District Court ruling. The legal argument for why the jury should not have been made aware is sound in the Circuit's historical rulings, and should be respected thus. How is that worthy of a Jew-bashing, we will never understand. Where's your evidence that it was in any way done for say the Jewish state of Israel, or such?

We'd like to follow your reasoning. But you only make the statement and leave out the argument and reasons, and don't show connections and flow. It makes these writings impossible to digest and benefit from. We know you can do much better than merely rant, as you've shown it. Now, on the chance that you want to pundit and punch just for punch, then good - but we'll take it that way and not learn all that you seem to have available.

Help us all out here, please. We'd really like to understand fully what you have to contribute. Thanks.

The Jewish state of Israel as you put it has the same rights to pursue its own interests as any other state, and to endorse the policies of its private companies, from mining to car rent to tourism.

    Jew Bashing?

And I, would enflame all the Jews? No, that was self imposed a couple thousand years ago.

I suppose next to come is that I invented the Jewish Lawyer too?

I guess the connection in these Good Friday Cases still confuse our great Jewish Lawyers.

Of course that great Secret Backroom Deal with Exxon, granting a punative damage award under the 7th Amendment against Exxon, with the Seattle Seven giving part of this award to Exxon is still confusing every Jewish Lawyer.

I find it most amusing, that anyone feels that a person or company, can be granted punative damages under the 7th Amendment to themselves? Evidently our jewish lawyers havent thought about this issue much.
So now under the 7th Amendment, you can win punative damages against yourself???

    It's a interesting concept woulden't you think?

So a man can be sued, and win punative damages against himself?

Another Jewish Lawer from Fairbanks was obviously also left behind.

Obviously your in need of a lesson of the invention of the Jewish Lawyer.

St Matthew and St. John would be a good place to start.
    John 19;7
"The Jews answered him, we have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the son of God."

    I thought St;John 19;19 explained it better.

Or King John on the 15th and 19th of June 1215.

Or Thomas Jeffreson in his letter to James Madison in 1810.

Or Lincoln's Chief Justice on the 14th 1865? Discussing that "night of horrors"

Or the 19th of June 1865, in Gavelston Texas. A state Holiday. And Presidential Proclumation, again for Lincoln's Proclumation.

Or when the offical version from that day in June was ratified as the 14th Amendment of 1868.

Or another version, on the 19th Of June 1964 in the U.S Senate records.

Of course the Wards Cove Packing Case, ammending that Act of '64,. with a sentance from the Act of 1215, confuses our fishers?

I guess I invented the Jewish Lawyer syndrome and the Good Friday cases?

Like Thomas Jefferson, who also understood the concept as clearly written in his letters. Of course our Nations first Republican does not confuse any REAL Republican.

Have you visited the Thomas Jefferson Building?

"Had the doctrins of Jesus been preached always as purly as they came from his lips, the whole civilized world would now have been Christian."
Jefferson to Benjamin Waterhouse from Monticello June 26th 1822.

"I can never join Calvin in addressing his God. He was indeed an Atheist, which I can never be."
Jefferson to John Adams April 11,1823

"But a short time elapased after the death of the great reformer of the Jewish religion before his principals were departed from by those who professed to be his special servants, & preverted into an engine for enslaving mankind, and aggrandizing their oppressors in church and state;that the purest system of morals ever before preached to man has ben adulterated & sophisticated by artifrical constructions, into a mere contrivance to filch wealth and power to themselves, that rational men not being able to swallow their impious heresies, in order to force them down their throats, raise the hue & cry of infidelity, while themselves are the greatest obsticals to the advancement of the real doctrins of Jesus, and do in fact constitute the real Anti-Christ."
Jefferson to Kercheval, Jan. 19, 1810.

And I suppose his Declaration discussing the Death of that Jewish Lawyer Cushing, on the U.S. Supreme Court to James Madison October 15, 1810, would is also confusing Alaska's fishers, and Alaska's jewish lawyers???

"Follow me and I will make you fishers of men"

"And they straightaway left their nets and followed him"

"Cast the net on the right side of the ship and ye shall find,"

I didn't invent the jewish lawyer stephan, and a DUI case with Exxon and the Seattle Seven, now 18 yeas old, explains the jewish lawyer subject almost perfectly.

I guess were still waiting for the 19th?

Of course the first of our Jewish Lawyers were explained in the first trial and invention of that Good Friday.

19;19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was.
"Jesus of Nazareth THE KING OF THE Jews"

I didn't invent IT, and many other do agree.

"The first thing we do is kill all the lawyers."
    William Shakesphere

And Luke 11;52 "...and them that were entering in ye hindred."

    Ok - go ahead... alone.

The cartel and faux-fishermen-associations must have hurt you and your income pretty bad to keep this approach up. And it would be apparent that Exxon Valdez damages due you are held up. Anger is understandable, but it is there to use as a force for putting out stronger arguments and finding ways to inform others, not chase them away from your side. The Exxon money won't resolve all concerns.

Groundswell does not support your dialogue, and encourages you to stick to the fish and potatoes. Best of luck to you on clearer future postings.

Obviously Mr. Taufen your confused about the moneychangers also.

Like those compensatory damage checks that were sent to my fireplace. I guess you think my issue is just with the moneychangers?

And I could care less if if Groundswell supports my dialog, and those "ultimate question's", that you, and every other Jewish Lawyer in this case, still dont get.

I guess since it's always the money, in a case about that confusing red light flashing, on Good Friday 1989?

Thanks for clarifing your orginizations opinions, and
"...the seperate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and Natures God, entitle them a Decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Seperation."

Of course the longest running drunk driving case in World history, most likely woulden't have confused Prince William, or would it?

Would it have confused Blackstone, and his bay in the Prince's Sound?

Would it have confused the Prince's Knights and their Island in the Princes Sound?

Would it have confused Chief Justice John Marshall, and the "Midnight Appointment" issue of Andrew Kleinfeld.

Would it have confused Justice Oliver Holmes, cited errounously, by those Texan Jewish Lawyers?

    I doubt it.

And it did not confuse Lord Nelsons Admirality, that Ships log on April, 28, 1789, by Captain William Bligh who was promoted Admiral, and never in need of a 'red light flashing' for his 3800 mile journey, back to Portsmouth Harbor, in a 24 ft. skiff.

And I suppose that speech by Washington on April 30, 1789, Judiciary Act of 1789, and the other issues could only confuse our Jewish Lawyer's.

They think the question is political??? Thats what happens when you think were a democracy.

Interesting concept, when your confused about The Republic.

"The want of money cramps every effort"
Jefferson to Washington, June 11, 1780.

"...but nobody knows better, because no one has encountered more stedfastely the formidable phlanx opposed to the republican features of our constitution. To bear up against this the talents and virtue of our country must be formed into phlanx also. My wish is to collect in a mass around the administration all the abilities and respectability to which the offices here can give employ to give none of them to secondary characters. Good principals wisely and honestly administered cannot fail to attach our fellow citizens to the order of things which we espouse..."
Jefferson to Granger, October 31, 1801

It wWAS a revolution, that Grand Old Party.

    JT slow down

JT, staufen is giving you some good advise. While you have some good thoughts and some valuable things to add, you lose people when start in on the bombastic comments and the flaming.

The taunting and name calling makes you look at best like a 12 year old and at worst makes it easy for people to write off anything you have to say as the rantings of a kook.

If you want to be taken seriously and get things accomplished (and have people even bother to read what you've written) , keep it simple and stick to the facts. Don't let them write off the the important and true stuff you have to say by confusing them with the superfluous stuff.

By the way I'm a Cordova fisherman. Are you related to Ragtime Terry?

    humble commentary

If I may attempt a humble interpretation - Mr. Granger seems to be saying that the forces of money were long ago a threat to the democracy, as in "Jefferson to Granger 1801". Jewish lawyers or Anglo, it doesn't matter, whether crimes of the Bounty or Exxon Valdez. How the opinions and health of the non-moneyed are trampled at the expense of democracy are key to his complaint, I think. What needs to be shown is how this applies to what's going on RIGHT NOW with UFA, Exxon, Veco, Stevens, etc., etc., etc., in a far away place to the Colonies. The brute of that power is alive and well in Alaska and always has been from Russian enslavement to UFA.

A little "Hellroarin" like that "Hellroarin River?"

And those facts, to keep it simple, with that "red light flashing.?" And the light shineth in darkness;and the darkness comprehended it not."

Is that like Justice Holmes's "hell fire" that his associates discussed, and was Terry's mothers family also confused twodux, when Justice Holmes wrote in "in our youth our hearts were touched by fire?" I guess not many Judges today get to that fishing village called Ipswich, Massachuettes where John Winthrop was taught about the laws of man, God, and nature, when he taught every person how to spank those judges, including Launcelot Granger in that "little speech" in 1648.

And far as being 12, the age of Daniel Granger, killed as Drummer boy after running to that "Lexington Alarm," they did not leaving their children behind.

Or his father, with that Act of God in Valdez on Good Friday 1964? And if that don't explain the laws of "God's Nature" you'll never get it.

And twodux, since you fish the flats for fish, you could look North and fish the flats for some men, like Sherman, Sheridan, Miles, Childs, and Scott? WHO WERE THEY?

I guess you never read Grant, on that 50 dollar bill.
"Man proposes and God disposes" page 1 of his Memoirs?

I guess Lincoln's, Seward and Stanton's Generals still are confusing in Cordova. You might need to study Lincoln's Chief Justice, Salmon P. Chase, who wrote about that "Night of Horrors" and sent the Terror of the Union Army to Texas, for President Johnson. With Grant writing very clearly "and the orders for troops to proceed to Texas were not changed." Of course he also told Grant on a previous occasion, at Missionary Ridge, "Hell can't stop them."

I guess that "telegraph office" of Lincoln's War Department is also confusing to our Jewish lawyers about Justice.

Of course when we were 6 years old, in a Kindergarden Class, they tried to teach everyone about "...and to this Republic for which it stands..."

    It's NOT a Democracy.

I just explained democracy in it's finest hour?
    And Ceaser's Friend?

St. John 19:14, And it was the preperation of the passover, and about the sixth hour; and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King.

19:22 Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.

Like is soooo confusing that "red light flashing" and the fact is too simple for our Jewish Lawyers, as Thomas Pain explained in his "Common Sense."

Like Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase.
"And thus was borne the Rebel State of Texas"

    Or could it be Alaska?

I thought William H. Seward was clearly spoken?

Are those 14 generations All left behind? Or were those Missions from God, still confusing everyone 2000 years later?

"...Remember that we often repent of what we have said, but never of that which we have not..."
Jefferson to Granger, Monticello, March 9. 1814.

    He didn't carry the mails?

Didnt Grant write about that "A Condition of affairs exists, in some states of the Union rendering life and property insecure, the carring of the mails and collection of revenue dangerous... securing life, liberty, and property, in ALL states of the Union..."

See ya, on my way to Grant's Village, by another Act of Congress, the worlds first March 1, 1872.

His Classic for Alaska, and Texas, in April of 1871.
The Ku Klux Act of 1871, Law for reform of that democratic party, and their fiction called democracy. 1300 years from another birthday, of a man who also understood the difference.

Why does that 14th Amendment of 1868, confuse everyone in a State Bought in 1867???

Is that another "Secret Backroom Deal" that's really not a secret???

Like those Jewish Lawyers working for Exxon, that never spent any time in a Texas History Book. I suppose the General didn't sail for Texas, to enforce the 14th Amendment of 1868, in the year of 1865?
Are those history books from Lincoln's Chief Justice also too confusing to read?

    It's Not a perfect world?

Or is that "Selective Incorporation" also confusing everyone?

"Slow down a minute?" Isn't 18 years long enough, to discuss that "red light flashing" on Captain William Blighs Reef?

I guess when your Jewish Lawyers are involved, in a DUI case, that taken longer than our Civil War, WWI, WWII, and Vietnam combined, I really need to slow down?

Someone should have discussed "slowing down" with Hazlewood and that Vodka Bottle.

Of course those "red light flashing" really are confusing.

Yes.. I am cute.. My wife says so anyway.. As well as a few girls during my college years..

Unlike you and your friends here though I work for a living and have much more important things to do than sit as a sycophant panting breathlessly watching blog thread and waiting ready to pounce... Riding high on my free PC. Hogging the cubicle in some Seattle library and 'keeping hope alive' on some 'hate blog' somewhere....

The more pressing question is the one I ask though.. Who is TruthforAlaska ? Part of one of your past media campaigns?

Using even some the most basic data mining tools I've noticed a striking 'ripple effect' between the 'Groundswell' and other lame attempts of creating 'web buzz'.

My guess is that if there was a serious discussion about recent history, and of the vastly interesting subject of convergence of the web and old school media, you and TruthforAlaska would be running for the high cotton..

I'm hitting the send button at 340 am.. I will be working for the next 20 hours.. Actually contributing to the economy.. I am not responding late because I am afraid of you or anyone else on this forum.. (Which by the way I would once again thank Wes Loy and ADN for keeping alive..)

You will have plenty of time so sit in front of your screen and rant.. Or do as I first suggested.. Simply quit hogging the forum and let others come in and read some fisheries news.....

You need to clean your ears.

Thanks for noticing a 'ripple effect' - as to geologists that's pretty good reverb following a major shock of truth. Are you having a little trouble standing on the dock these days? Maybe you've been at sea too long, and never had a feel for the planetary truths the ocean insulates you from?

Let's get it straight - you want every reasonable voice who you don't agree with to just go away. How convenient. Do you also believe in democracy? We are not going to accomodate you. In the end, your lack of being able to add any real context or actual argument to the blog will reveal that you have one and only one agenda - to flame others. Water please.

You are not contributing to society when you are a quisling to processors' plan to drive fish prices down so you can massively catch, and meanwhile displace others who have worked for 20+ years in fisheries too. You are an opportunist, a carpet bagger, and a bad citizen.

If you were otherwise, you'd understand Groundswell and help get behind the recovery of $2 billion per year stolen under the paradigm of the large processors' design. Every reader understands that if you ignore the recovery of what is legally due to you, by being scared to death of your slave-holding processor, then you are willingly blindsided. Because you have heard the truth.

But your misplaced lifestyler-ego is like massive earwax.

While you are at it, try cleaning the windshield too. Your distorted views have no substance, and you have taken the wrong turns... you are on a journey to failure, and too blinded to see it.

Last of all, speak no evil. Flame no more.

Well, for an unidentified coward, you've made the point well.

Start Learning: The Abusive Transfer Pricing issue is largely about international - crossborder - crimes, and domestic ones too. If you had a scintilla of knowledge about its effects in fisheries, you'd never make such comments.
