The Highliner

Commercial fishing is a bedrock industry in Alaska, and has been for more than a century. Every year scores of fishermen net millions of migrating salmon, challenge the icy Bering Sea to trap king crabs, lay miles and miles of baited hooks for halibut, and scoop up enough pollock for a zillion fish sticks. And when fishermen aren't out fishing, they're usually talking about fishing. That's what this blog by Wesley Loy has been all about for the two years he has written it.

More pain for Icicle

Icicle Seafoods Inc. has agreed to pay a $900,000 civil fine for pollution violations on its processing ship the Northern Victor.

Icicle failed to clean up a seafloor offal pile dumped from the ship in Udagak Bay near Dutch Harbor, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency alleged. The company also was accused of other violations, including discharge of seafood waste over annual limits specified in Icicle’s federal pollution permit and failing to monitor effects of the dumping.

Cleanup of the waste pile was a chore Icicle was required to perform when the company acquired the 380-foot pollock and cod processing ship in 1999. Under its permit, Icicle was supposed to clean up the pile by September 2002 but failed to get it done, the EPA alleged.

Icicle has conducted dredging in Udagak Bay to remove the waste pile satisfactorily, according to federal court papers. The dredging wrapped up in March.

The $900,000 settlement agreement is not yet final. Federal authorities have put the proposed settlement out for public comment until Aug. 10. Click here for details.

This isn’t the only major fine Icicle faces.

Federal officials have levied a $3.4 million civil penalty against Icicle for violating an annual poundage limit on processing western Aleutians brown king crab in 2002-2004 (The Highliner, March 20). Icicle is fighting it.

Insurance investigators too?

Hey, BobbyT, did you hear the one about a certain insurance investigator who was poking around Sitka - wanting to know about unlicensed seine crewmen, claims for boat accidents, unjustified invoices for alleged repairs, and related issues? The docks do talk.

Be sure to take some Race's Buckley's Drawing Salve to the pokey pokey with ya.

Icicle is a great company

Everyone in the business knows what an exceptional management team Icicle Seafoods has groomed and transitioned to over the past 42 years.
And what a reputation for clean operations and steady production.

These guys are among the best in the business.

The EPA business is everyone's business. Not one seafood processor in Alaska goes untouched on this count. Not one. In the future, even salmon fishermen had better be prepared to take home your own heads and guts after you catch and deliver your fish. Or else put in a hydrolysate plant or a fish meal plant at a cost of $5 million or so.

Icicle also has an incredible ownership structure with 65% of the company owned by it's employees. Their fates and futures are intertwined with the company's finances as it is this group that owns the company and therefore really calls the shots.

Icicle has been a role model insofar as employee relations, employee satisfaction and many other major standards in this industry.

Is it any wonder why 7 of the top 10 managers at Icicle have been with the company for over 25 years?

Here is a company founded by Alaskans with 65% fishermen stock ownership in 1965.

Now the company has reached a different stage of maturity and growth and the employees own 65%.

What's wrong with this company?

Isn't it Japanese enough, Mr. Tofu- Taufen?

Not Lummi Island enough, JT?

Is 65% not enough of a share for the employees.
Find me another company in Alaska that begins with 0% employee ownership and ends up with 65% of the stock owned by it's employees.

Wesley, is there a seafood company out there that any of these loser bloggers like Tofu-Taufen and JT-Walk the Plank-Granger do like.

You boys should stop by one of the plants sometime.
Maybe you'll want to become an Icicle fisherman as well.

Oh that's right. JT doesn't live in Alaska and Taufen doesn't even fish. What kind of fishing organization is Groundswell, when it's founder is nothing more than a failed processor.

Anyways. I am a silent, minor, shareholder in this company and although I have never worked one hour for Icicle, I have sold fish and walked the cannery docks in their plants over the years.

These are men and women, secretaries, machinists, pipefitters, welders, accountants, and forklift drivers whom you are assaulting with your garbage when you throw rocks at Icicle Seafoods.

Come on up to Petersburg and throw some of those barbs out there when our women and children can get at you boys and they'll paddle your little backsides with a krumkake iron.

And these men and women in Icicle blue are going to be around this business for a long time to come, even if it doesn't always stay at 65% employee ownership.

Good luck finding jobs or whatever you are doing on here and keep slamming the good guys.

You guys are the bad guys- Mr. Walk the Plank and Mr. Tofu- and we all know that so don't lighten up. If you do then people might think that we're the bad guys too......

And thanks to all the great men and women over the years who have made Icicle and Petersburg what they are today. And many other men and women and communities throughout this great state of ours.

Good fishing this summer is on the way

"You guys are the bad guys"???

Interesting concept?

Are we the same "Bad Guys" that the Honorable Judge from New York writes about in his Icicle Seafoods Decision discussing the "Great Company" at Adak???

Viewable at; http://alaskareport.com/icicle.pdf

Of course 82 violations of the American Fisheries Act by Icicle, and your friends at Adak discussed by the Honorable Walter J. Brudzinski, part of the normal mode of operations of all of Alaska's Great Fishing Companies???

"people might think that were the bad guys too......"

Why would anyone think that boobyt?
Thinking in Petersburg and many other Alaska Fishing towns is an obsolete and long gone subject of a past era?

"paddle my little backsides with a kumkake iron."

I'll book a immediate flight boobyt, to learn about kumkake irons, I guess I'm a bit short on some of those local Norwegian secrets.

Are these irons anything like the wrist and leg irons the Feds brought north to Alaska?

People might think???

Obviously thinking from Petersburg, and your UFA is a difficult proposal boobyt, just like Icicle's attempt to recuse the experts testifing about Adak.

I'd doubt you have to worry about people thinking in any Alaska Fishery, or with any Alaska Politician, for 70 Federal Agents from Justice can't be wrong.

Clean operations??? Is that like those clean operations discussed in the decision by Judge Brudzinski???

Is that in the plant, or the office, that your so confused with in your discussion about clean operations???

Did those kumkake irons assist you becoming the great President of the UFA?

I wonder if you'll experiance some of those other irons as many of your friends have come to experiance?

One more question boobyt if I may.

Did any fisher in Petersburg ever read that dissent in the not so confusing Wards Cove Packing Case?

Seems the U.S. Congress did with the 1991 amendments to that Act of the U.S. Senate of the 19th of June 1964?

Did you miss your Texas history lesson about 99 years to that day, regarding a more Honorable Senator from Texas, not like Alaska's, holding up that vote for a few days?

Did you miss your English history lesson about that day in 1215?

I suppose that Salmon P. Chase also studied law at Willamette like you boobyt?

Still confused about that real Grand Old Party bobbyt?

That 1991 Amendment's from 1215, and of course, were there kumkake irons back then too boobyt?

Your writing tells us...

that you must REALLY be scared - now that your hero Ted Stevens is losing his Commerce power, and Wev Shea told KTUU viewers last night that for certain Frank Murkowski is next. Wev, a former assistant federal AG, said that even Gonzales and President Bush would have had to approve the search warrant for Girdwood. Are you saying that Bush and Gonzales are wrong, too?

This week is fish history: it marks the end of Stevens' illicit legislation end-runs and rigging of the Magnuson Fisheries Act, and every major fishing company is scared to death too. And you know fully well that Groundswell had a lot to do with ending this racketeering enterprise - just as we easily and swiftly crushed the Trident-Ocean Beauty merger like a pop can. Thank you for the compliments!

Next comes the Antitrust action, and an examination of the role of players like you in helping to keep the fleet working under servitude to the processors.

Dear readers - remember, between the recent EDA fine and the $3.44 million NOAA fine, it cost Bobby T personally about $320,000 (if he still holds about 8%). And the feds are already shutting down his attempt to take $55 million for the SE seine buyback, recently adjusted to $25m, and use it to crush other fleet members, then take upwards of $220,000 each for himself and fellow survivors to upgrade (i.e. overcapitalize) their own boats. Those are reasons why he is really p-o'd. But he can't get it straight, it is the FBI, IRS CID, NOAA OLE, Interior Dept. and others who are making the allegations, doing the searches, putting folks in jail - not us.

As Bobby says, we are just kook bloggers living in a cellar in Kodiak (wink!) - so how come he keeps flaming us?

Does your seiner carry enough fuel to make it to China? Have you offered Wesley a chance to go to sea, too? Did he turn you down?

Run, Bobby, Run...

GREAT COMPANY???

What a concept boobyt???

Ever read "Icicle Seafoods v Baker" from that 9th Circus Kangaroo Court of Appeals???

I guess fleecing the Alaska Fleets in this matter makes Icicle Seafoods a great company???

Or is that also like Ben Stevens Adak scam with Icicle???

Seems Ted Stevens, Trevor McCabe, and Ben havent been doing so well lately in that Federal investigation???

Or were those kickbacks paid by Icicle Seafoods too Ben, with Ted's funding for the Alaska Seafood Marketing Board also too confusing for your associate shareholders of Icicle???

Seems all those Federal Agents flying to Alaska can't be wrong are they boobyt???

Seems that since Ted, Lisa, and Don, didn't get their man appointed to U.S. Attorney for Alaska, George Bush ignoring their request, thing have not been working out so well for many of Alaska's corrupt bastards club???

The fishing's good for these Federal Agents especially for Icicle Seafoods.

"North to Alaska you go north the rush is on." or is Johnny Horton wrong boobyt

Or is your favorite LLC thats "Advance North" since you don't remember more than one day ago, as former President of that UFA, the politicians must love you bobbyt, can you also bail out a convicted felon from a federal penal institution???

So evidently 65% of Icicle Employees are a stupid as you???

At least 7 of the top 10 managers have run the company for over 25 years, simplifies these criminal investigations.

We do thank all the great men and women over the years who have made Icicle and Petersburg part of the ongoing Federal Fishing Expedition throughout this great state of ours.

It's been very good fishing boobyt, 70 Federal Agents can't be wrong can they???

"KEEP SLAMMING THE GOOD GUYS"???

Why is it in Petersburg the good guys are4 going to the slammer, boobyt???

Sweetness

They are falling like dominoes.
One little, two little, three little frauds.

How many days do you think Bobby T Thorstenson has left, does anyone want to start a pool?

My kids are starting to understand this now, how so many hard-working families in Alaska have been screwed for so long by so few!

And now they are finally all going to the slammer.

I sure feel sorry for your wife and kids Bobby, they are going to suffer more than you will.
Seems like you got a nice family. Why don't you just come clean and get it over with.

And hey, stop screaming at your crew, we can hear all the way across the fleet, it's not their fault either that you are such a screw-up.

my crew and my family

Whomever you are "ADNAK", you must not fish very close to me as I don't even talk with my crew. They run my boat and I just sit on my computer and talk on my phone.

They are giggling while reading this right now as a matter of fact.

And my family. They like me being away.

Always will be since I fish. It's the life.

And now for the allegations, what do I get to go "away" for, for killing too many humpies?

Oh, that's right, aren't you one of those Taufen disciples that had so many nice things to say about me a few months ago.

Let's hear it bright one. Did I charge someone too much or too little for electricity or what?

Face the Music Baby

As my kids said after the news about Ted's house getting raided, " If all these bad guys are going to jail, does this mean good people are going to be elected who won't hurt us anymore?"

These kids are the future of Alaska and fishing !!

I told them, " I sure hope so, it's time that we got a break, these guys have been robbing us and the State of Alaska for way too long"

We sure hope so.
I want my kids to have a chance to make a great life fishing, in a great state that we can be proud of.

We are the laughing stock of the whole country. Thanks to Ted, Boss Young, Murkies, etc.
And their sucking sycophants.
We are now screwed on federal funding for a long time, maybe a generation, my kids generation?
Your kids generation, or do they live in Edmonds?

Thanks to all the Greedy Corrupt Bastards.

Good luck teaching your kids how to fish when all your history lessons sound like they're coming out of Steve Taufen's lips.

Maybe you can put them on the FV Groundswell.

Good luck with that.

Again, I ask, specifically, what are you referring to when you say "robbing"....

What are you even talking about. Do you know who I am, have you ever even met me???

I doubt it.

The way you talk, you must be a transplant. Doubt you'll even be here when your kids learn how to fish.

Where's the beef??

Your insolent arrogance will not fail you, jr. Keep it up....I'm afraid that meeting you does not change the obvious superior hierarchy for anyone, as we've all discovered, hatchets in our back the "proof in the pudding". And while your hobnobbing on phones and computers, where do you find the time to call yourself a fisherman?

where is this person from ??

anyone who fishes anywhere within hundreds of miles of me knows my track record on fishing.

it speaks for itself.

i am a not a true, 100% year round fisherman, but i fish as many or more days than most fishermen who actually do fish year around.

Ended on November 23rd last year and began on June 14th.....

no more really to say. 25 years this summer, 31 including crewing, but I presume that in these 25 years I've fished hard and caught alot of fish.

to say that I am not a true fisherman is to miss the mark.

on top of my time spent fishing, I spent at least 180 of my remaining 200 days a year in the offseason working as a 100% volunteer from April, 1993- May, 2003.

whatever. sticks and stones and all that.

good luck in whatever you are trying to build in the commercial fishing community like we've attempted to do as a group at fishing associations such as UFA.

whomever you are, you don't know me except from descriptions from whackjobs like taufen and jt so that's all the time i really have for you unless you join ufa if you're even a commercial fisherman who lives in this state.

Isn'd bobbyt amusing peter1

Like his UFA, as if he even knows what United means.

You got to love the ignorance of the UFA membership with their leaders like boobyt.

Of course the leaders of a supposed large group of Alaska Fishermen being ran by a president with ownership in a processor, would make any person more intellegent than a pink salmon ask a few questions?

Of course questions at the UFA have been a difficult subject for decades.

Seems that Icicle and the rest of boobyt's "Seattle Seven" have a "whole lot of notions of their own."

One would think a supposed fisherman, especially a seiner like boobyt, could accept the fact that the "Great Land's" great widening "Corruption Investigation" also is involved not only with Oil, but Fisheries as well.

As a seiner, would bobbyt aknowledge the Feds also know about fishing in Alaska?

They seem unable to get the ends of their purse seine closed, due to the fact that there are so many fish; "one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish, this one drives a shiney car, this one has a shiney star, oh how many, many fish there are..."

Of course many Justice officials, at all three branches of our government know alot about fishing. Some of it explained long ago by many other officials at different departments of justice.

Like Justice Holmes, another great Judge of our U.S. Supreme Court, that confuses many Alaskans, including bobbyt the the rest of the leaders involves in the Fisheries of Alaska.

"...The Court of the Queens Bench even went so far as to decide, notwithstanding a verdict the other way, that when fish were nearly surrounded by a seine, with a opening of seven fathoms between the ends, at which point boats were stationed to frighten them from escaping, they were not reduced to possession as against a stranger who rowed in through the opening and helped himself..."

Of course I thought boobyt was a purse-seine fishermen who went to Willamette Law School?

Evidently all those Federal Agents also are having trouble getting the ends of their purse seine closed, and we all must wonder who are those who "rowed thru the middle and helped themselves", because you can be guarenteed that it never has come from the UFA.

"THE LIFE OF THE LAW HAS NOT BEEN LOGIC, IT HAS BEEN EXPERIANCE."

Its not a requirement to be from Massachusettes, or Virginia, to study up on reality coming soon to the 49th State of the Union, truly a bit late, coming to the party!

The Life of the Law, er, Law of Life

I can't speak for either Massachusettes or Virginia. Most of our ancestors were just poor, illiterate Norwegians, Swede-Finns. Fortunately for jr, though, they built his canneries and fishing boats, ran his can lines. Now we get to hear how his employees will paddle our behinds with iron krumkakkes if there's any stepping out of line!!!!! A funny world it truly is........Some of this reaches scales of disbelief it ain't funny: family who lost lives, the lost fingers, unpaid wages for running canneries, long before jr's foul breath. Where does his fount of arrogance speweth??? I suppose jr and Ted never got around to reading Jack London's THE LAW OF LIFE - a favorite of Lenin's, read to him on his death bed. I'm sure the Petersburg library has a copy.

Woops again, from #1 of our infamous "Seattle Seven."

And do we get another boobyt comment on how great a company Icicle Seafoods is to all Alaskans, ran out of their dirty little office in Seattle, Adak, and their favorite office in Texas?

No comment; boobyt?

The real pain has yet to come!

BRISTOL BOOBYT

I notice a few million extra in every rivers escapement numbers out west???

I guess those numbers and the Blue Sheet capacity surveys also are just more lies from the processors ability to handle this systems salmon capacity.

Hey, by the way I do note that your lies about the greatness of Icicle Seafoods never end???

Evidently many of your Egegik employees don't see things the same as you???

Got too keep those offshore processors out though with more lies about how the Seattle Seven can handle all that salmon.

How about that proposed merger of those two jap companies Westely reports of here on another blog???

Why do Seven Seattle Seafood Processors including your favorite Icicle, have the ability not to compete against any competition whatsoever???

Of course all those dirty politicians in Juneau and Washington coulden't be responsible for allowing the most corrupt state and federal politicians steering the helm for decades in Alaska allow for the fall of many of Alaska's fisheries.

Like that Halibut and Blackcod IFQ program, allowing the smaller processor to compete in the marketplace??? Couldent have that in Bering Sea Crab now could we, all that competition cvould hurt the bottom lines of Seven Seattle Seafood Processors now wouldent it???

Got to love that Presidency of yours running the UFA???

And George Bush's DOJ sending the troops to Alaska???

Ted must have went to the same school as you boobyt???

70 Federal Agents can't be wrong..."...north to Alaska you go north the rush is on..."

Oh,

Does this mean they'll be paying off the $3.44 million fine at NOAA soon, too?

Ouch, this will hurt stockholder Bobby T some more... but he's probably watching CNN and FOX news right now as the FBI and IRS search Ted's place... his hero!

From the famous cellar in Kodiak.

Goat getter

Yes, Mr. Doughboy, it has become an IQ test for you - btw, you flunked. We got your goat once again, and your "horse-%$^&" in the stall again. We got an email apparently from UFA offices asking us to please disassociate your from any leadership at UFA whatsoever, as it was preventing them from having good relations with the fleet, but we can't oblige.

We are asking UFA though to put in a new bill to allow federal and state prisoners to enjoy a program to cut bait for crabbers in a special set-aside herring fishery in Sitka next year. It's called the 'Compassion for the UFA Incarcerated Bill' - it already has a number, HB-0666.

Again, what did you think about Wev Shea telling the world last night on KTUU, Alaska's largest TV channel, that your buddy former governor Frank Murkoswki is the next federal investigation subject?

We got a call from a Kodiak coffeeshop about a team of men and women in there using wi-fi with big grey cases, and are hearing rumors of questioning about USA/UFA/AFMB members.

Is this true? Is it true about Frank next, then Tony (over the Governor's Fund)? We'll let you be the one to tell fishermen the truth this time, because surely your local UFA plants called you from Kodiak, and you were "in power at UFA" during that time, so pls answer them quickly... before you are next.

Widespread advise: Better clean up, as they'll catch a lot of guys on the piss test at bookings.

BBR...

JT....

If you spent 1/10th of your Civil War and Constitutional Law energy on fixing that screwed up mess of a fishery they call Bristol Bay, maybe you'd get somewhere.

What would you propose, foreign processors.

And paying you the same for those bruised and battered rags you deliver, probably unrefrigerated as well.

It is jerks like you who make it difficult to represent commercial fishermen in Alaska as I have represented you personally as a member of Bristol Bay Reserve, of which you pay $100 that went to UFA. Heck, you probably paid for a meal or 2 for me all by yourself over these past 7 years.

So thank you Mr. JT Granger.
Oh. and my father says hello. He must have known your cousins or uncles or something, as i'm sure the grangers he knows aren't so rude or insulting.

You may recall that side of my family were Pt Roberts Icelanders. Still have the place down there on the south side.

So, if you have some constructive comments to add as to how to fix the Bay, then fire away.

Oh, and by the way, do you recall Rob's cousin Jim Zuanich. Didn't you used to be his neighbor?

I thought the subject was Icicle Seafoods $900,000.00 fine.

Robs cousin?

does he also subscribe to that "Convoluted Accounting" that Mr. Zuanich specializes in boobyt?

YOU BOOBY T HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A BIT CONFUSED ABOUT NEIGHBORS?

I notice many of your former neighbors Seining S.E. have not been very confused about Mr. Zuanich's "convoluted accounting principals"?
Is this the accounting program used at Icicle Seafoods also?
Seems the FBI is very interested in Rob's accounting program, an is this also taught at that WILLAMETTE law school you attended?

Seems t5hat Alaska Seafood Marketing Board uses Rob's Accounting Principals for the many kickbacks paid to Ben Stevens, using BIG DADDY TEDS federal funding schemes.

Oh and since you bring up the issue of foreign processors, does that also include Peter Pan, AGS, and those other foreign owned Alaska Processors???

Say hello to your dad, I'm sure he knows some of the more ignorant members of the family, some of those southside outsiders like you, those divisions do confuse many like Ben and Trevor's "Advance North LLC" that has not confused the DOJ.

Those Zuanich Jewish Lawyers running the BBR are amusing, spending monies on your free lunches, money well spent though, for I'm sure the taxpayer's soon to pick up yours, Robs, and Teds, future of free lunches. It'll
be nice for you boobyt to be permenant neighbors in close quarters with your close friends sharing a small room eating lunch togather more regularly than you've ever imagined.

"Jerks like Me" ???

What a concept boobyt? I think Jerks like YOU are more of the problem, and of course 70 Federal; Agents flying to Juneau, Anchorage, Girdwood, and Seattle can't be wrong now can they bobbyt?

Fixing Bristol Bay? Isn't that how Icicle Seafoods ended up in Egegik?

Or was that Testimoney from the former owners at Woodbine expunged illegally from the State Court Records in that Sherman Anti Trust Case in Bristol Bay also not part of the Seattle Sevens future plans with Ted Stevens??? I thought Senator Shermans older brother a real Republican "Marched to the Sea" and burnt Atlanta to the ground??? Of course as anyone with a law degree would know Mr Sherman's signature on that U.S. Constitution brings back a few more memories? Didn't the Generals older sister marry a Chief Justice Boobyt? Or is all that Ohio history also confusing to the former President running the UFA and Alaska's Fisheries into the ground.

Or was your involvement in the illegal Chignik Co-Op scam also one of the more recent fictions to come out of Juneau?

Lets Blog Bobbyt, you bring back a few memories, and we want to make sure that the Feds don't miss anything now do we Bobbyt???

I'm sure those Juneau politicians like you and Rob can fix a lot of what ails many of Alaska Fisheries, too bad there all illegal, but thats why Murkeys AG's resigned and Ted's legal troubles with assistance from his son Ben and Icicle Seafoods has brought some of the more talented DOJ attornetys to Alaska.

Like that Optimum Number Study for the S.E. Seine Fleet?

Where is that report published, boobyt the great group leader of SEAS?

Seems Ted taught Ben well about who specializes in the numerious "Secret Backroom Deals" from the Oil industry in Texas, or was the United States District Court Judge Holland also part of that Icicle Seafoods decision to come out of the most overuled Court in the Nations history?

Didn't they teach Marbury v. Madison at Willamette Law school boobyt?

I thought that those "Midnight Judicial Appointment" cases were clearly defined by Justice John Marshall in 1803?

Evidently news travels very slowely in Alaska and the 9th Circus with Andrew Kleinfelds "midnight appointment" in broad daylight?

You should spend a bit more time on this subject atter boobyt, and as a Icicle Seafoods Shareholder inform some of your associate owners, of the Supreme Nature of this issue regarding your companies "Secret Backroom Deals" with Exxon, helping the fishing fleets in Alaska, by screwing them over a Petersburg speciality defined in Icicle Seafoods v. Baker.

I hate to be a Jerk like you boobyt, but any recollection of the beginning of the well known "Seven Seattle Seafood Processors," has most likely been missed by Wesley Loy since he's only been reporting about fish and oil since 1999.

But since were both changing the subject a study on Adams and Jefferson, might educate you about Andrew Kleinfelds position in your companies speciality regarding the many "Secret Backroom Deals"

Of course could you clue us all in on that great issue effecting many of Alaskas Fishing Fleets, as former President of the UFA, or are these simple issues too confusing for those at the UFA Mr President?

Waiting for your reply BoobyT?

Or should these issues be brought up on Kyles Alaska Politics blog page, which really truly dosent matter in law as the party issue confuses many regarding R's&D's with your amusing full support of Ted Stevens, as we all know is in your favorite companies back pocket with the assistance with the rest of your Seattle Seven friends.

Isn't free speech under that 1st amendment great boobyt?

Someone with Icicle Seafood Shares should study 26 other amendment's to our "Bill of Rights." Or was this also some foreign issue at Willamette U?

I thought everyone knew Grant marched through Petersburg, when Sherman was burning Atlanta to the ground?

Those Republican Principals of Lincoln and Jefferson really arn't very confusing bobbyt, thats unless of course your a democrate like Ted dressed up as a supposed Republican like Ben, or Trickey Dick and his favorite Supreme Court Classic. Your Alaskan Republican Party, should have spent some time studying those all so simple republican principals, or is that term also too confusing in Petersburg and Pt. Roberts.

Or was that U.S. history lesson not taught at Willamette law school bobbyt?

Or did you flunk your comprenhensive reading class boobyt?

I guess thats why there's that new "No child left behind bill" that your best friends, on there way to a federal penal institution should have studied, on a previous occasion.

I got to say one thing Robert, blogging with the former President of the UFA is the most fun I've had since reading those National Headlines, about the most corrupt State and Federal Politicians in a very long time.

Hard to fix that BB fishery when Don Youngs Son in Law, Art Nelson as the former Chairman of the Alaska Board of Fisheries.

I got to love all his property ownership, at the terminus to that Anchorage "Bridge to Nowhere"

Or is that like the Murkowski familys property ownership to that S.E. Alaska "Bridge to Nowhere?"

Seems amusing boobyt, that when the politician own that property thats nowhere, it could be somewhere in the long train of abuse that the Alaskan politician specializes in.

Why do Alaskan politicians specialize in legislation to themselves or their familys???

I think "Conspiracy to defraud the United States" is a clearly written statue.

It seems to work very well with the Juneau Legislative Branch.

Will it work with Icicle Seafoods, Ben Stevens, and Teds legislation at Adak BoobyT?

Id bet a Ben Franklin it will, or better yet lets bet a Salmon P. Chase on it boobyt? Lincoln's Chief Justice also knew a Granger, sent him to Texas, enforcing the 14th Amendment three years before there was such a thing as the 14th amendment.

Miss that Texas history lesson also boobyt?

Should have read some of his majority opinions with your knowledge of Icicle and Exxon's "Secret Backroom Deals."

Lets Blog Boobyt, and if your the best blogger the UFA can produce, no wonder the Feds had to fly to Alaska.
