Michael Vick

Michael Vick must, without a doubt be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for this barbaric act!
It would be nice to think that we as humans have evolved past the point of acting like cavemen, but obviously some of us fall short of what is considered human behavior. What's wrong with a society that outlaws a breed of dog for fighting and doesn't punish the idiot who trains them to fight? If you tied a person in a corner and let several other people beat them repeatedly, I think they would start to fight back and become hostile rather quickly.
Michael Vick goes to charity events one day and hangs an innocent dog for loosing to one of his senseless fights the next day. I am an avid football fan and have followed the NFL all my life, but this is an inexcusable act committed by someone who should be a public icon and role model for our young people. He needs to be made an example of by punishing him to the full extent of the law without all the political BS getting in the way.
If I sound angry...I AM!!! Anyone who can torture an innocent animal to death is no one I want my children watching on TV and emulating later in life. The justice system and the NFL are in the hot seat on the appropriate action that should be taken against Michael Vick. I along with many, many other people will be watching this very disturbing event very closely. I can only hope that justice will be served in this matter. I believe I have made my point! I would like to think that this will do some good, but in reality, political influence and money usually speaks louder than justice...We'll see???
