Rural officials across the country are turning to hidden cameras to curb illegal dumping on remote country roads. Juneau police used this surveillance camera footage to identify and fine five people for littering in the spring of 2012. The footage is from the City and Borough of Juneau, obtained through a public records request by the Anchorage Daily News.
